Modular alignment: Standard pattern repeat counts now fit the physical die footprint. Voronoi seeds and Truchet orientations wrap periodically. Check cutter clearance and rotated compatibility separately; rectangular footprints may stretch triangular or hexagonal lattice proportions. Check the modular preview and verify the final geometry in CAM.
Inverted geometry may not be directly machinable with the selected ball cutter. The cutter sweep is a spherical-tip geometric envelope, not a collision-checked machining simulation. Actual CNC feasibility depends on toolpath strategy, cutter neck/shank clearance, holder geometry, machine rigidity, material, and fixturing. Verify all machining in CAM before cutting.
